Our client asked us to strip and secure their braai area, and then clad it with slate bricks.
The scope of this project was to gut the current outhouse, re-plaster, knock through new doorways and windows and then complete it with a fresh coat of paint.
A new bathroom was created with all new plumbing and san-wear, along with new tiling and painting in the bathroom. A new ceiling was installed with all new electrical work including new plug points and down lighters.
Before and after photo’s show the transformation.

East Coast Property Maintenance was asked to assist with this kitchen upgrade, which included new tiles and cupboard alterations.
East Coast Property Maintenance was awarded the project to upgrade a client’s entertainment area. It entailed converting an old unused braai area into a preparation bench to accommodate the pizza oven that the clients had ordered. It also included creating a bench area and a wooden roof/covering.
